You have the right to return the integrity or part of your order within fifteen days of the order pickup date.
In order for the return to be accepted the following must be met:

  • The product is not damaged – used unless for trying it.
  • The manufacturing company tags and the stick labels of the products shall not be removed or damaged.
  • There are all the product related items like the box, any manual and the receipt (which have to be returned with the product).

Users/customers are requested to send back the order through the delivery company that the order was initially sent to them (ACS Courier) with recipient charge. In case of returning the order through different delivery company the cost is paid by the sender.

You are requested to make sure that the return package is safe to avoid any damage during delivery. Return with the initial package damaged because of customer/sender negligence or sticking label on the box or and notes with pen/marker will not be accepted.

Note: For hygiene reasons returns of underwear, socks, tights are not accepted.

Inside your order package you will find (along with the purchase receipt) the brochure “Return Note” which informs you about the return process. If the return note was note inside your package you can download it here.

Two alternatives are provided:

i. REPLACEMENT

In case of replacement you are requested to:
• Fill in the code(s) of the products that you wish to receive as replacement of your order in the appropriate field.

Contact with us through phone call to check the availability of new products. When we receive your return we will contact with you to ensure the availability of the new product(s) before sending it/them to you.

For sending the new products to you after changing them you will be charged 4 euros regardless of the cost difference that might come up from the change. In case of defective products the return cost will be paid by our company.

ii. REFUND

In case of refund you are requested to:

• Fill in:

  1. Your bank account (IBAN)
  2. Bank name
  3. Customer name
  4. Order number

The refund is completed within 15 calendar days from the day the package is received by the company. For every refund, with the exception of defective products, you are charged with sending charges 4 euros (they are deducted from the total return amount).

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Return of defective products that are in their initial condition, with their initial package and with the initial labels on the products are resent to the user/customer for free (there is no 4 euros charge).

Defective products are considered the products that are inappropriate to be put on or to be used for their intended purpose. Products that deviate from the pictures posed on the website are not considered defective.

In any case that there is a defect on the product the recipient/customer has the option to contact with the e-shop through email or phone number and send us a picture of the product for us to better understand the issue.

After a product is declared as defective by the recipient/customer, we explicitly reserve for the declaration of the product as defective from our side after check by our employees.
